I had a wonderful city view from the room, it looked lovely at night. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Room service food was excellent. The breakfast had great quality.

helpful greeting amazing group beautiful king room quick return
abi greeted us at reception. he looked after my group amazingly. he secured the beautiful king room. it was quite the room. because of abi i'm returning to treat my mother.
a black hair was found in a folded towel. at breakfast, our server seemed to make sure everyone else had drinks quickly. we felt ignored, and no one asked about our drinks until we asked. she forgot one drink and was not very pleasant.

a magical retreat
attentive staff really good service serene space
We stayed four romantic nights. the executive lounge provided a serene space, complete with tasty snacks and beverages. the staff greeted us warmly and were genuinely attentive. i must mention the really good service from the concierge. They secured us theater tickets, and the process was seamless.
I noticed some wear on the carpets in the hallway. this detracted slightly from the otherwise luxurious ambiance.
